Independently or in concert with the other services that we provide, Sterling Innovations now produces custom precision made metal parts of all sizes, shapes and descriptions.
● Your parts are first depicted with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.
● We then create a computer program to control a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) laser or turret press, that will produce the highest part to material yield ratio possible.
● Parts are then cut or punched with robotic precision, from a flat sheet of metal.
● Your parts are then formed to shape with exacting accurately and consistency.
Our process is so highly automated that we are able to provide Aerospace quality parts to customers who are on small shop budgets!
